The Barbarian FC Initiative gives families an intuitive understanding and real working knowledge, free of charge, of our 30 year cumulative evolution to our original TIPS program (Technical Insight Personality and Speed) from when we began training players in a variety of venues throughout Western PA. While we will welcome those looking for the experience in training with the Barbarians to at least one Initiative session alongside current members, it is based on availability and all must register to be considered and acknowledged.

Club members welcomed must commit with a clear willingness to demonstrate the variety of activities and exercises utilized in our training method and contribute to help maintain our standard in our approach to training players. The Initiatives are a look at the development and growth we seek for every member in the Barbarian FC where dedication to the individual player is an art still practiced and why we are steadfast in our methodology to train players.

 

Please encourage people you know who may be interested in our methods to sign up for any of the planned Initiatives. We offer these to the public to learn how we train and because once we begin training for the season our dedication to the development and growth of our members is our sole focus. There is very little or no time to entertain guests once our season/training begins in earnest. Training sessions are planned and executed for members only, unless an invitation has been extended by the Barbarian FC.

 

All players accepted to participate in Barbarian affairs will be notified. We know this window into our methods gives prospects a viable opportunity to participate with our members. As members your approach must be focused and honest to promote the sport and this club. While we encourage each of you who are interested to sign up and spread the word for the Initiatives, we will limit the number of participants out of necessity and through selection.
